On 18th December we were very pleased to hold an inhouse workshop for Azur Hotels & Resorts in Hurghada.
The Egyptian hotel operator is working on the optimization of online sales and reputation management for about half a year. Our workshop was part of a whole series of further education. Participants were Azur's staff members from the management team as well as food & beverage and front office. Accordingly discussions on hotel reviews were quite differentiated and interesting.
Our compliment not only because of Azur Hotels & Resorts recognized that ORM affects different departments of its company, but also for the good organisation of this training event and very active participation of all participants. Thank you very much!
