It's not every day that hotel managers need to use seaplanes or speed boats to come from tropical atolls in our seminar. However, our training (organized in cooperation with Thomas Cook and HolidayCheck) in the capital of the Maldives (Malé) motivated employees from over 40 different islands to take part. Not only the interest of the participants in the seminar topics, also the willingness to discuss was enormous. The training day in the most densely populated city in the world was a great success and is one of our most exciting experiences so far.
