After 2012, we were for the second time on the largest Greek island. More than 40 participants in the seminar showed particular interest in the topic "Responding to criticism." As different international guests have very different expectations, formulating a professional management response often is a challenge. After the seminar we found time to visit some of the participating hotels. We were able to directly discuss questions and problems with the managers on-site.
