Training Events in Review: Sri Lanka, Maledives

We were delighted with the interest of the local hotel managers in Sri Lanka and on the Maldives. Both destinations face fierce competition. Hence, professional Online Reputation Management is a must. We also used the time to check out trends and good practices in the hospitality industry and were particularly impressed by the guest experience concept in the Lux * South Ari Atoll

In central Europe, winter has returned - while Cyprus has already started into the summer season. For our partner Thomas Cook we were able to conduct the training "Mastering guest feedback" with 30 highly interested hotel managers. The touristic season on the island promised to become record-breaking: Southern Cyprus is highly popular as a travel destination.

A seminar high above Vienna

For Accor Hotels we regularly hold our seminar "Managing Hotel Reviews" accross Germany, Austria and Switzerland for years. Since beginning of 2016 the seminar is offered as part of "Académie Accor". This time we have been invited to conduct the training day at a very special location, high above Vienna, at Sofitel Vienna Stephansdom. Gorgeous! Merci beaucoup!

Already one week ago, the ITB, world's leading tourism trade fair took place in Berlin. As always we joined for an update of our seminar program and had quite a few chats about online reviews, guest feedback management, online reputation management an direct bookings with colleagues from hotels, hotel chains and destination management companies and collected fresh ideas from strolling around the fair ground and Berlin.
